Chapter 1: A Messy Choice
One bright and sunny morning, Rocky the Raccoon decided to go on an adventure. His little paws were itching to explore, and his fluffy tail swayed behind him like a happy banner. He packed his favorite snacks—a bag of crunchy acorns and a berry-filled muffin—and set off toward the forest.

After leaving the library, Rocky wandered toward the zoo, his favorite place to see all the different animals. As he reached the bear exhibit, he spotted a small bag of peanuts dropped on the ground by another visitor. Rocky thought the bears might enjoy a snack, so he tossed some peanuts toward them.
But just as the peanuts landed, a friendly zookeeper named Zane appeared. He shook his head and said, “What if everybody did that?”
Rocky looked at the bears munching on the peanuts. They seemed happy, but then he imagined what might happen if every visitor fed them. The bears would start eating too much junk food and not enough of the healthy meals the zookeepers gave them. They might even become sick from eating the wrong foods! The bears would also forget how to find food on their own if the visitors kept feeding them.
Rocky’s face fell as he realized that feeding animals wasn’t a good idea. He waved goodbye to the bears, promising to enjoy their natural beauty from a safe distance. He understood that the bears needed to live the way nature intended, without interference from visitors.
Chapter 4: A Heartfelt Hug
Later that afternoon, Rocky returned home to the tree stump he called home. He found his mom, Ms. Raccoon, busy organizing the pantry. She looked a little tired after a long day of work. Rocky ran over and gave her a big hug. “I love you, Mom!” he said with a warm smile.
Ms. Raccoon smiled back, her eyes twinkling with affection. “What if everybody did that?” she asked softly.
Rocky thought about it. He imagined a world where everyone showed kindness, where animals and people helped each other, shared smiles, and offered hugs. A world filled with love and warmth, even on tough days.
